Boost Your Day with this Pink Power Smoothie Recipe




Berries are one of the healthiest fruits.


Low in sugar, they are full of flavonoids and fibre. Greek yogurt and chia seeds are a beautiful source of omega 3 fatty acids and protein.



This smoothie was tried and tested by my babes and it got two thumbs up 💥










INGREDIENTS

250mls kefir or full fat organic greek yogurt

1 tsp chia seeds

1/4 cup berries (frozen or fresh)

1/4 cup tropical fruit (fresh or frozen)

A handful of spinach (frozen or fresh)

100mls filtered water


Optional added goodness: a dessert spoon of banana bone broth powder


METHOD

Blend until smooth
